Another busy week around here! I did think about writing a blog post yesterday so it would be ready to post this morning, but, as you can see, that did not get done. Oh, well, one day.

What I’m Reading
As expected, I finished Present Perfect by Gregory A. Boyd. It was really pretty short and easy to read. I gave it four stars, but it could be five; if I read it again, then I’ll know. For my next spiritual read, I picked The Politics of Jesus by John Howard Yoder, but I just started today.
I’m still reading One Day by David Nicholls, but I’m pretty close to the end. I’m not sure what I’m going to read next. The categories I have left are a book on display at the library (would require a trip there, which probably will not happen in time), a book under 200 pages, a book with a snake on the cover (eek!), a book with a funny title, and a humorous or darkly comedic thriller or mystery.
What I’m Watching
I watched all of the first drop of season two of Wednesday on Netflix this weekend! This season has the whole family at Nevermore Academy, and I’m not quite sure how I feel about that yet. The other half of the season will be released in September.
I also watched a little of season four of Only Murders in the Building and a little bit of Seinfeld.
In other watching news, I’m forward to Thursday Murder Club on Netflix. I read the book (just the first one) a year or two ago and enjoyed it, so I’m excited to see it adapted! Now that I think of it, maybe I could read the next Thursday Murder Club book for that last category!
What I’m Listening To
A little bit of progress here. I did finish listening to Oracle 3: Murder at the Grandview. I enjoyed listening to these, but I’ve got to admit I’m a little glad to move on. They got kind of depressing with all the evil and all. I also listened to a bit more of Taste: My Life Through Food by Stanley Tucci.
In podcasts, I also made some changes here. I’ve still got the same regular lineup, but I was getting tired of listening to Crafty Ass Female, so I started listening to Craft a Life You Love with Amy Tangerine instead. I also saw that Lisa Woodruff of the Organize 365 Podcast released an episode about organizing your home in a year, so I skipped the line on that one and started listening to it today.
So that’s me this week. This coming week is going to be pretty busy, so I’m not sure how it will go, but I’m kind of into reading right now, so we’ll see. How about you? What kinds of things are you reading, watching, or listening to right now? Let’s chat in the comments!
