It’s late, but it’s still Monday! Let’s see what we’ve got!

What I Read

For my main read, I’m still working on Give Her Credit: The Untold Account of a Women’s Bank That Empowered a Generation by Grace L. Williams. It’s interesting, but not riveting, hence the taking a while. I’m trying to kick it up a notch this week, though.

Also, I just finished And It Was Good: Reflections on Beginnings by Madeleine L’Engle this morning! This was so good! She was such a brilliant, thoughtful woman. Very much recommended. It even has a discussion guide in the back. I’d like to say I’ll be moving on to the next book tomorrow, but it’s currently priced at $11.99, and it kind of kills my soul a little to pay that much for a book, especially when it will probably drop at some point. I will definitely snag it at $4.99, though! So, I’m not sure yet what I will start for my next spiritual read tomorrow. Stay tuned!

What I Watched

I’m still enjoying Arrested Development – I’m a couple of episodes into season 2 now. I also watched some more Seinfeld.

I know that the next season of The Chosen is out now, but it’s a show that DH and I watch together, and we just haven’t had time this week. We’ll probably start when he gets home from camp.

What I Listened To

Well I did tune in for a few sessions from “Creativity That Pays” and the “Cricut SVG Design Summit.” As I get more into crafting, I’m finding that I don’t the instruction so much as I like seeing new techniques and ideas.

In podcast listening, I’ve still got the same lineup, with the Crafty Ass Female backlog to fill in.

So, not a lot new here, but I’m making progress and learning, which I love! How about you? What are reading, watching, and/or listening to this week?
