I’m really struggling to get back in the groove of posting. But I do have a short fave for you today.

I realized a while back that I just love live theater. All of it, from Broadway to middle school plays. There’s just something about sitting in the audience knowing that this moment can never be exactly replicated ever again. Even if the performance is being recorded, it’s not the same as sitting in your seat watching it happen. Deciding  moment to moment which way you should look and whether you want to use binoculars to zoom in or take in the whole stage from afar. (Yes, I get the cheap seats!)

We’re going to see Beetlejuice tonight on Dallas Broadway. I have tickets to take my daughter and a friend to see Hamilton in May, and I’m planning to take my sister to see Hairspray in June.
